Vienna, 11 October 2017 – Following PORR’s takeover of the longstanding Salzburg company Hinteregger at the start of September, Stefan Hinteregger has decided to step down from the company’s Managing Board effective 31 October 2017. In future G. Hinteregger & Söhne Baugesellschaft m.b.H. will be managed by Manfred Bauer as the technical Managing Director with Markus Lienbacher and Alexander Soudi as commercial Managing Directors. Roman Esterbauer will support and continue to expand the newly created PORR division of Superregional Earthworks.
 
“After intensive discussions, Stefan Hinteregger informed us last week that he would resign from the Managing Board at the end of October and pursue independent projects.
