The H29 project has created a new office and commercial building in Munich’s Westend district that combines high-quality architecture, sustainble construction and functional working environments. The façade solution, realised by Alu-Sommer, defines the building’s appearance and meets the highest standards of energy efficiency and comfort.

Modern façade solution for urban office architecture
Commissioned by Deutsche Finance H29 Objekt GmbH, a contemporary office complex with a total floor area of approximately 11,593 m² was constructed between October 2023 and February 2025. The property is located at Hansastraße 29 in Munich and benefits from an excellent inner-city location with excellent transport links.
The architecture is characterised by clean lines, transparency and high-quality materials. Alu-Sommer was responsible for the development, production and installation of the entire façade structure. The scope of work included 6,100 m² of element façade, 730 m² of sheet metal façade and 80 m² of glass balustrades.
The large-scale element façade ensures optimal use of natural light whilst meeting high standards for thermal, acoustic and weather protection. Furthermore, the sheet metal façades and glass balustrades emphasise the building’s architectural character.
Precise planning and high-quality execution have resulted in a durable and sustainable building envelope that meets the requirements of modern office properties and ensures long-term value retention.
