Modern residential development with a sustainable energy concept
Within just one year, PORR Bau GmbH completed the first construction phase of the âWohnen am Laubwegâ residential complex on behalf of LP3-Projektentwicklung GmbH. The project comprises the construction of a total of ten residential units, spread across two modern residential buildings. One of the buildings will also feature a basement, thereby expanding the functional living and storage space.
The residential complex has a net floor area of around 825 mÂČ and has been designed to meet the requirements of modern living. In addition to the residential buildings, 14 covered parking spaces, seven additional open-air parking spaces and a centrally located waste collection point are being created.
Particular emphasis is placed on the projectâs sustainable energy concept. Heat is supplied via a modern heat pump system that utilises the existing geothermal energy via eight deep boreholes. This resource-efficient technology enables energy-efficient and future-oriented heating of the residential complex and contributes to the long-term reduction of operating costs and COâ emissions. The foundations for the further development of the overall project were thus laid as early as this first phase of construction.
