Walgaustraße forecourt

In March/April 2023, Nägele Hoch- und Tiefbau carried out the high-quality design of the forecourt at the Walgaustraße property in Klaus. The project was implemented in the paving construction service area and combines functional traffic areas with a clear, modern design in the residential environment.

High-quality forecourt with durable concrete and natural stone paving
The forecourt was constructed using Arena concrete paving, which impresses with its uniform structure, high load-bearing capacity and ease of maintenance. In addition, segmental granite paving stones were used, which give the surfaces a lively, high-quality appearance and at the same time ensure a permanently stable paving structure.
To clearly structure and neatly border the paved areas, a boundary was created using LS3 granite kerbstones. This ensures a visually precise separation between driving, walking and green areas and supports the long-term dimensional stability of the entire facility.
The combination of concrete and natural stone paving blends harmoniously with the modern wooden architecture of the building and the surrounding green space. The newly designed forecourt offers a non-slip, durable and visually high-quality surface that meets both functional and design requirements in private residential construction.
