Gravel production for the construction industry

For gravel to be usable for the construction industry, it must first be cleaned and sorted. A gravel washing plant is used for this purpose. Koller Transporte-Kies-Erdbau GmbH, a subsidiary of PORR Umwelttechnik GmbH, has been operating a high-performance gravel washing plant since 2010.
Our highly efficient gravel washing plant
Flexible, cost-efficient and environmentally friendly. With a capacity of 300,000 tonnes per year, the plant enables us to respond to precise customer requirements.
We produce almost every grain size from 0.063 mm to 63 mm and the entire product range is continuously monitored and controlled as part of the CE certification.
Thanks to an optimised, circular water system, the plant is also highly economical and environmentally friendly in its operation, as up to 95% of the process water is kept in the cycle and no additives are required.
